Delivery

All orders will only be shipped once payment details have been approved. The delivery charge remains the same for however many items you purchase, but will vary depending on destination.

U.K

Deliveries in the U.K will be £4.95 using Royal Mail Special Deliveries.A signature will be required.We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days after you have placed it.

Europe

Delivery to Europe will be £10.95. A signature will be required.

Delivery outside of Europe is £13.95. A signature will be required.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satified

Nino kids aim to offer 100% customer satistaction. We are therefore happy to offer you a full refund or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You must return items to Ninokids 35 Millfield Lane, Tarporley, Cheshire, cw6 0bf in their original packaging with the relevant tags still in place and in perfect condition. Please return items within 14 days of purchase and a copy of the receipt with the goods. We are unable to refund any delivery charges (please use an insured method of delivery service, nino kids will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.)

If you would like an exchange, these will be despatched as soon as we receive your returning items and any additional charges are approved.

We only offer a credit note or exchange on sale items or special orders.
